Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. We will act upon your request within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and the expected timeframe. A request to limit may be processed in up to forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of your verifiable consumer request. If we require more time, we will inform you in writing, and the total response period will not exceed ninety (90) calendar days.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm details such as your name, the email address you used to contact us, or information about a prior interaction with our company. We will only use the information you provide during verification to confirm your identity and will not retain it for any other purpose.
